Thank you for taking time to visit my website. The Beauty Room by Alura is based in Braintree. My name is Laura the owner of the business I am a fully qualified Beauty Therapist having attained my diplomas 2 & 3 at The Brentwood Academy. Upon leaving there I worked at two beauty salons to acquire experience, before starting my own business in 2008. During this time I have managed to gain many valued regular customers.
My priority is to provide a high standard of treatments to my clients all times, I value customer feedback as I feel it is essential for my clients to be happy and this helps to maintain a long professional & successful relationship. I am fully aware that customer requirements constantly change so as and when I can I enrol for training courses which enables me to add new treatments to my portfolio. I offer saturday, mobile services and evening weekday appointments this flexibility has proved to be very popular for those clients who have to work around their day time commitments.
